The verdict is in. After counting up the only vote that really counted, I've changed the title to "Mental Poo".
Why? Two reasons:
1) I Googled it, with quotes. I received 249 responses - which was MUCH better than the 148,000 I received in Googling "Random Musings...".
2) Every time my buddy reads my stuff, he shakes his head, looks at me and says, "Where do you come up with this shit?"

Reminds me of the South Park episode when they had to vote for a new school mascot and the choice was either a Giant Douche or a Turd Sandwich.
