I used to hate Thanksgiving because I just wanted all the visiting family to LEAVE because there's only so much chit-chat I can take.
Now that there are isn't visiting family, I miss it. A LOT.
Give thanks for what you have while you still have it and for the people around you.

We had 5 people this year. Normally, it's 5x that many. I think this was my favorite year. I hate chit-chat too.
ReplyDeleteI didn't go home for Thanksgiving this year because my parents just divorced. I ended up having a good time anyway.. I hope you did too and took advantage of all that alone time with your woman... if you know what I mean ;)
