"I'd Like to Thank the Fake Academy..."

So, prior to my post today, I need to acknowledge that two people who, apparently not knowing any better, have bestowed me with two new awards.

First off, Elise (who has some of the most bizarre workplace scenarios ever to hit the face of the planet), got me this one:

I have no idea what "Llamalicious" means.

However, I am now very, very scared to go to petting zoos for fear of llama advances and, eventually, anal penetration by said llama.

This is the burden you bear, apparently...when you're "llamalicious."

The second award I received is from "People are AWESOME" (insert a TON of sarcasm here):

I rock sox off.

Finally, my architectural degree has been put to appropriate use.

"Rodney, you've gone through physics courses, strength of steel and concrete tensile design, properties of aggregates...to finally, FINALLY, earn your Architectural degree. Congratulations, my son, on your "You Rock my Sox Off" award. You deserve it."

My parents are beaming.

In all seriousness, thanks guys for the awards. I'll add them to my mantelpiece over here to the left.

Everybody else, if you haven't visited their sites, give it a go.

..but please...warn me if you see any incoming llamas.

You make me want to make up an award just to be mentioned on your blog.... unfortunately, I can barely spell award, never mind trying to create one on this computer-thingy. Is it enough to just say, hey, you won the "Super Cool Most Awesomest and Funniest and Humory-ist and Stuff Like That" award, or do I have to have a graphic to go alond with it?
