Wrapping up the Week - May 23,2010

Before I start today:

By the time you read this I will have tested for my next belt level (Advanced Blue) and hopefully am not crippled from my back problems, limping from the instructor smashing me randomly in the balls (yes..he does that) and have said belt in hand.

As will my six year old son.

Who was testing for the SAME BELT.

I feel manly.

ONWARD!!
